To carry out our educational, environmental, and support projects for the most disadvantaged
If you have specific skills (technical, environmental, medical, etc.), would like to give your time to help the harmonious development of this magnificent valley, speak English, and enjoy working in a team:
take on a volunteer assignment for Solu^Cham
short-term (2 to 4 weeks) or long-term (2 to 6 months), the content of which we will define together according to your skills and wishes.
Take the opportunity to explore the immense trekking possibilities in the legendary Solu-Khumbu Valley.

Conditions to be met
- be over 18 years of age
- be in good health
- have a good command of English (reading, writing, oral communication)
- have the necessary free time to carry out the chosen assignment (2 weeks to 6 months)
- agree with Solu^Cham's values and code of conduct
- have a strong sense of empathy
- be resilient and adapt to local constraints
Supported by Solu^Cham
Depending on whether the missions are short (2 to 4 weeks) or long (1 to 6 months), or international solidarity volunteering (1 to 2 years), the Association will cover certain expenses, leaving the rest to the volunteer. More information in the attached document:
You can also combine volunteering with discovery
by taking part in a program that combines 2 weeks of discovery of the Solu Valley with 2 weeks in Garma to make an active contribution to our projects in the valley.
